Kontur recently spotlighted one of DGT’s utility mapping projects on their website, showcasing our work with New England’s leading energy provider Eversource Energy. During the project, we used Kontur’s 2.1-meter wide-array GPR system to map the safest, most efficient routes for connecting substations across Boston’s complex underground landscape. From undocumented tunnels and buried vaults to old tram tracks, Kontur’s high-resolution radar technology helped us uncover layers of hidden infrastructure, ensuring that designs were based on accurate subsurface insights, equipping our client with the clarity needed for confident, efficient construction.
