The following statement discloses DGT Associates, Inc. (DGT) consumer privacy practices for the DGT’s business activities, providing services to our clients, and communication to the public about our services using any electronic or other means.  We can update our policy from time to time and our policy is subject to change anytime and DGT intent is to follow reasonable business practices and laws that apply to DGT use and handling of personal, sensitive information or data.  This Statement of Privacy applies to DGT data collection and usage of our clients or the public personal data if send to DGT by any means for any business purpose.  By sending DGT any personnel data you consent to the data practices of DGT described in this statement.

We request personal information when you request services, answer a survey, enter a contest, correspond with us, or engage in any other activities that involve you sending any personnel data using our website or other social media, electronic messaging, email or by physical or hardcopy media.  For example, If you want DGT to perform any service, request a quote, we will ask you for information necessary to for us to evaluate your request and contact information such as your name, address, service site address and contact or financial data we may need to initiate a contract with you.  You make the decision whether to proceed with any activity that requests personal or financial information.  If you do not wish to provide the requested information, however, we may not be able to perform or complete your request for our professional services.

DGT provides ways for you to opt out of receiving additional information from us or having us provide your personal information to any our affiliated business, if any.  We may offer you these choices at the time you give us your information.  If you do not wish to continue receiving our email newsletters or bulletins you can opt out of receiving these communications by replying to the unsubscribe in the subject line in the email or respond on the unsubscribe procedure at the bottom of the newsletter or contact us via US mail or email or let us know that you want to unsubscribe to our newsletter.
